To Fit Size: Small, Medium and Large to fit head sizes 18, 19.5, and 21.5 inches.
Finished Size: Will stretch to fit up to 26” head, 11” diameter across top.
Materials: Worsted Weight 130 - 175 yards (119 - 160 m) of main color plus small amounts of contrast color. A contrasting background behind pattern requires 35-40 yards (for white hats). One contrast color is used for whale pattern and three are needed for sails pattern.
Gauge: 4.5 stitches = 1 inch in ST st
Needles: US 7 - 16" circular and a set of US7 DPNs, or size needed to get gauge.
