ROWAN ORGANIC COTTON COLLECTION

Nearly all these patterns are for knitters but one is to crochet, and one of the knit patterns has crochet accents.

Beautifully photographed in rural North Norfolk, ‘The Organic Cotton Collection’ is the first book Rowan published for their Purelife Organic Cotton Yarn. The yarn featured is 100% organic cotton which is naturally dyed into 8 stunning delicate shades. Organically grown in India and naturally dyed in Italy, the yarn is fully certified by Swiss company Biore and each ball is traceable back to the farming community in India. Dyed completely chemical free and grown without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides, this yarn keeps the environment PURE and LIFE good for the farmers that produce it. The collection features 18 beautiful, easy to wear designs including 10 for women, 4 for men and 4 for girls. Photographed by Moy Williams, with styling and art direction by Marie Wallin.

The designs for children are for girls and tend to offer a variety of size options, to make from age 3 to age 12. Womens patterns also offer a range of sizes to make, primarily for bust sizes 32" - 46". The men's garments usually offer five size options, chest 40" - 48".
